This is a new role and a unique opportunity to join an established global management consulting company in leading people development activities and working closely with management on recruitment strategy for their UK based client.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Management, Team Leads, Learning and Development team and employees to execute strategy and best in class recruitment work-stream
- Identifying training needs, creating training and talent development programmes to nurture and retain employees
- Supporting culture of continuous learning and development by promoting internal mobility and cross functional training opportunities and showcasing successful examples of movement between teams
- Identifying potential risk areas and putting in place strategies to address them
Requirements:
- Combined 5+ years of professional experience in a talent development, recruitment and people role required
- University education
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop, propose and implement solutions
- C1 English proficiency (speaking & writing)
- General knowledge and understanding of HR processes
- Flexible and open-minded personality
Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
