4 With whom does Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. exchange information?

Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. may exchange personal data with other parties during the performance of duties. In such a case, Cpl Jobs s.r.o. is guided by the following principles:

·       The transfer is based on a legal obligation, performance of a contract or express consent.

·       In case the data is transferred to another party, Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. will ensure adequate technical and organizational protection of your personal data.

·    In the event that Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. engages a third party in the provision of the service, Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. will ensure that the provider adopts adequate technical and organizational measures for the purpose of processing, storing and protecting your personal data.

·       As a data controller, Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. will not provide your data to any third party for a fee and will take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of your data in dealings with third parties.

  • Special categories of data, such as identity card, work permit, data on incapacity for work and medical certificates, data on disability, records of injuries and accidents, data on parental leave and health insurance.

  • Name and surname, place of residence, mailing address, telephone number, email, tax identification number, bank account details.

6 How long does Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. store information?

Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. has developed a record retention schedule for all personal data that Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. possesses. The storage period varies and depends on the nature and purpose of the processing.

The main factors that determine the data retention period are as follows:

  1. the time required to complete the task;

  2. any legal claims relating to the data;

  3. any ongoing legal proceedings.

7  What are your rights?

As a data subject, you will have the following rights set out in this paragraph. However, restrictions may apply in certain situations.

7.1 Where do I send requests?

Please send all requests to the contact details provided in paragraph 1 with as much detail as possible so that Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. can deal with your request effectively. The company Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. may ask you to provide identification data for the purpose of data verification.

7.2  How long will it take to process the application?

After receiving the request, Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. will have 30 days to provide an answer, with the possibility of an extension of another two months if necessary. If Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. requires more time to process your request, Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. will inform you of the delay and its reasons within 30 days after receiving the request. If Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. rejects your application, it will also inform you within 30 days after receiving the application, stating the reasons for the rejection.

Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. will not charge fees for any requests, provided Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. does not consider them to be unauthorized or excessive. If Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. considers them to be unauthorized or excessive, Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. may charge a reasonable fee (this also applies to multiple copies) or reject the request.

If Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. rejects your request, you have the right to contact the Data Protection Commission.

7.3  Right of access

You have the right to know what personal data Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. has about you, why it stores the data and how Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. processes your personal data.

When submitting a request, we ask that you provide Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. with information that will help verify your identity and that you provide as much information as possible that will help Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. understand what information you are requesting access to (ie, time period, subject of the request) and send an email to dataprivacy@cpl.com .

Please note that requesting access is free of charge, but in the event that Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. determines that the request is unauthorized or disproportionate, Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. may charge you a reasonable fee.

7.4 Right to edit

You have the right to demand that the information kept about you by Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. be current and accurate.

In case the information is inaccurate or incomplete, Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. recommends that you contact Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. and have this information corrected. After receiving the request, Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. will ensure that the personal data is modified and that it is as up-to-date as possible.

7.5 The right to be forgotten

You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data in the following cases:

·       personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were obtained;

·       in cases where the data is processed on the basis of consent, you withdraw your consent to the processing and there is no other legal recourse;

·       personal data is processed in an illegal manner;

·       you object to the processing of personal data and there are no overriding legitimate reasons for the processing;

·       your personal data requires deletion in accordance with legal requirements.

However, the company Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. will not be able to comply with the deletion request if the processing of personal data is necessary for the following reasons:

·       exercising the right to freedom of expression and the right to information;

·       fulfillment of a legal obligation or fulfillment of a task carried out in the public interest;

·       public interest in public health;

·       archiving or for statistical purposes in the public interest;

·       establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

Please note that in cases where there is a legal basis for the processing of personal data based on compliance with the law, certain processing in relation to your data may not be subject to the right to erasure.

In the event of a legal claim, Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. will evaluate the legality of storing your personal data in order to decide on your deletion request and will contact you if Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. is unable to comply with your request.

Please note that in some cases Cpl Jobs, Ltd. may need to retain some information to ensure that all of your preferences are properly respected. Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. cannot, for example, delete all information about you if you have also asked Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. not to send you marketing materials. Otherwise, Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. would delete your preferences so that you do not receive marketing materials.

7.6 Right to limitation

You have the right to have Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. restrict the processing of your personal data in the following circumstances:

·       if you believe that personal data is not accurate (the limitation period will last until Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. updates your information);

·       if the processing of personal data is illegal, but you prefer to restrict the processing of the data rather than delete it;

·       if Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. no longer needs personal data, but you require the retention of information for the purpose of establishing, enforcing or defending legal claims;

·       your objection to the processing of personal data has not been resolved.

Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. will contact you to confirm processing of the restriction request and will only lift the restriction after Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. provides you with information about such action.

7.7  The right to transfer data

You have the right to provide all personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format if:

·       the processing is carried out on the basis of a contract;

·       the processing is carried out on the basis of your consent;

·       the processing is carried out in an automated manner.

You can also request that Cpl Jobs, s.r.o. send this personal data to another data controller, if this is technically possible.

7.8 The right to object

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. However, the processing had to be carried out on the basis of public interest or legitimate interest of Cpl Jobs, s.r.o

Platform features: We track the job positions you open so we can show you similar offers.

Session: For the proper functioning of the platform, it is necessary to store some data during your movement on the platform. For example, if you search for job positions, the search parameters used are saved so that you can change them later. If you sign in, we remember the account you signed in to.

Advertising: We use the data collected through cookies to understand our advertising target group and design online advertising campaigns that will only reach people who are likely to be interested. This includes advertising to users who have or have not taken certain actions on our website.

Our website is linked to a number of external services that may track the use of our platform. We enable this link to access better analytics and design advertising campaigns only for users who might be interested. This data is only provided anonymously.
