Responsibilities:
- Identify strategic opportunities and contribute to the company’s growth (eventually build up your own book of business)
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients in regards of their existing business processes and offer suitable solutions
- Participate in industry events and panel discussions
- Lead and manage team of consultants
- Manage current projects and strategically prepare for future ones
- Participate in consultant selection process, conduct interviews and develop your team
- Overall prioritize areas of opportunity that deliver value across people, processes, data and technology
Requirements:
- University education preferably in Finance or Economics
- 7+ years of experience in a management consultancy (Big 4, or boutique consultancies in Financial Services)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Project execution and leaderships skills, ability to lead a consulting unit
- Good network and knowledge of financial service industry
- Good IT affinity, some IT skills and experience with digital transformation projects
Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
